Zambia Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ZACCI)

The Zambia Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ZACCI) is the apex body of the chambers of commerce and industry in Zambia, representing the collective interests of the Zambian private sector. Established to foster a competitive and inclusive business environment, ZACCI advocates for policies that support business growth, promotes trade and investment, and provides its members with capacity building, market information, and networking opportunities.

 

ZACCI works in close partnership with government, regional trade bodies, and international development partners to ensure that Zambian businesses — including micro, small, and medium enterprises — can access markets, improve productivity, and compete effectively both domestically and in regional markets. Women and youth entrepreneurs are a key focus, with dedicated programmes that address the barriers they face in accessing finance, markets, and business development services.

 

ZACCI's vision is a thriving Zambian economy with a globally competitive private sector that drives job creation and sustainable development. Its mission is to represent and serve the interests of Zambian businesses by facilitating trade, investment, and economic growth through advocacy, capacity building, and strategic partnerships.

 

iSOKO is a digital trade platform designed to empower women and youth entrepreneurs by providing access to markets, trade information, and business management tools. Launched by TradeMark Africa in partnership with the Zambia Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ZACCI), iSOKO makes it easier for entrepreneurs to connect with customers, expand their businesses, and take advantage of cross-border trade opportunities across East and Central Africa.
